Today’s Celebrant: We would like to welcome all of our guests today including our preacher and celebrant, Father Norman Desrosiers. Thank you, Fr. Norm!

A BIG Thank You!: My family and I wish to thank my Church family for their outpouring of prayers, love and caring during my recent time in the hospital, Life Care and here at home. The cards, calls and visits have helped to keep my spirits up and my healing to continue. Again, thanks and God bless you all! Barbara Kaufmann.

Sanctuary Candle: Today’s Sanctuary Candle is given in loving memory of Hortensia Pyne…always remembered, by the Order of St. Luke members.

Search Committee: There will be a short meeting of the Search Committee members today, following the 10:30am service. The meeting will be held in the church.

Search Committee & Vestry: A joint meeting of the Vestry and Search Committee members with Canon Tim Nunez will be held on Tuesday, June 13 at 6:00pm. The entire search process will be discussed and members are encouraged to ask questions of Canon Nunez.

Celebration of a New Ministry: The Reverend Brian Turner will be installed as Vicar at Church of the Blessed Redeemer in Palm Bay on Sunday, August 6 at 4:00pm.

Father’s Day Breakfast: In honor of the wonderful Fathers of our Church, the Episcopal Church Women are hosting a special Father’s Day Breakfast next Sunday, June 18, at 9:30am (between the Holy Eucharist Services). Please come and celebrate the men you know and love!

July 4th COOS BBQ (TBD): Are you interested in attending a July 4th BBQ at COOS? If so, please write down the following on the Welcome Tab portion of the bulletin, and drop it in the offering plate: Your name, the side dish you’ll bring, and how many people in your family will attend.

Family Promise Update: Family Promise is working with the Coalition of the Homeless to open Brevard’s first “Drop-In Family Shelter” which we have named “SOS: Safe Overnight Stay”. Contributions are needed to equip the house and are listed on the Parish Hall Bulletin Board. For information, email: Christine.g.fpb@gmail.com. Thank you!

Send Some Love: Our dear friend, Theresa Castrillo, recently had thyroid surgery, and sadly the cancer was also in her lymph nodes. She dearly misses the support of her Church family here at COOS, and needs to be lifted up in prayer. PBE School Supplies: Palm Bay Elementary has provided us with a list of supplies that will be needed the next school year which commences in August 2017. The list is posted on the on the Parish Hall Bulletin Board.

Vacation Bible School Supplies: We are going shopping Friday, 23 June so please bring your items before then so we know what to buy. Please indicate on the Friendship Form (tab portion of the bulletin) what you are bringing (see list below), and drop it in the collection plate.
